The Dolcirive B&B is located in the heart of the Strea Peninsula, a narrow strip of land that extends for about a kilometer and a half and faces the town south of Porto Cesareo, forming a large lagoon. This area, which is part of the “Palude del Conte and Duna Costiera” Regional Nature Reserve, is a fascinating treasure chest, guardian of particular habitats and biodiversity made up of very rare species. Its poor accessibility favors, along the beaches on the peninsula, the nesting of the tern and in exceptional cases also of the rare Corsican gull. Being subject to the phenomenon of the tides, marshes are periodically created along the coast which constitute a truly rare and original coastline.
